I'm sorry, but this is just repugnant. Probably the most boring day on the board, and on top of that somebody has to bring up the gruesome possibility of picking up one of the least talented, least entertaining players in recent professional sports history...

The Nets waived him because of the luxury tax. That doesn't mean he can't be useful.

Chris Dudley has one of the ugliest games I have ever seen in my life. He would get clowned in any gym or playground..

How much will Dudley pay the Rockets to sit on the bench or loll around as an IR? I believe he has a finance degree from Yale -- he could solve Rocket player finance problems -- or explain his negative impact on the cap!

Dudley would be perfect for an "And 1 Tape" I would love to see him hold "Hot Sauce", "A.O" and "HeadAche"

no way with dudley. He stinks and won't be an upgrade over any of our centers including Cato.

Wasn't Gary Coleman's best friend on Diff'rent Strokes named Dudley?

    Ok, stop posting..........NOW!

No more posts on this thread, it's not funny anymore.

Dudley was always a bad player, only slightly useful as a 12th man in his prime. Other than that, nothing. If he came to the Rockets for $100,000, it would still be a waste, becase we don't want him teaching anyone anything, because he's obviosly got something wrong. He can't do anything, and now he's over the hill. Why would ANYONE defend him?

Commentators make fun of him all the time. His fouls per minute stat is staggering.

So, enough! Just accept the fact that we're gonna have a weaker than every year C rotation!

    Thank you and goodbye :)

Yeah that's right, Dudley was Arnold's best friend. I wonder if we can sign the Gooch to a contract instead??

For those of ya'll too young to remember, the Gooch was the bully on Different Strokes. I don't think they ever showed his face. Instead they showed him throw a tin lunch box and a garbage can that he tried to apparently take a bite out of.

I know you said to stop, but I think we should accept the services of "red". We don't know a whole lot about him, but I bet he would take the league minimum. He claims to be able to hit free throws. I don't know about ya'll, but I trust him.

I never expected this thread to get more than 3-5 posts. Guess you know its bad when Dud-man gets this kind of attention.

    Red,

Give us some stats. Height, weight, age, have you ever dealt drugs? We don't want a Caddy Anderson either!
