If I was thrown in jail for 6 months for committing a DWI, I sure as hell wouldn't commit it again. CB is a celebrity...I highly doubt he will perform ALL of hours of community service. I don't think community service teaches people a lesson at all. I agree that counseling will help but pair that with jail time! It just really upsets me to hear that people who killed innocent people by driving drunk had previous DWIs. Same with guys killing girlfriend/wives by domestic violence...they all started with a punch.
