It is a #3 seed playing a #2 seed. They were 4 games apart in the regular season. Like Houston and Denver were, for example.

The way some of you talk about the matchup, it's as if North Carolina were playing Prairie View A&M in the 1st round of the NCAA tournament.

Heat are lucky they're not down 0-2. How are they gonna win when only Lebron and Wade are the only guys scoring in the fourth every game? And in the closing minutes Lebron is not looking to shoot.

OK so the Heat will win in 5 games instead of 4. Not a big deal brah. Choke free throw shooting and Mario Chalmers stinking it up had nothing to do with Bosh being out.

Poor Kobe only had Shaq and then Gasol/Bynum to help him win rings. The Mavs had Chandler and Dirk. The Celts had Perkins and Garnett.

The Heat have zero bigs that can score now. I mean none of these guys have a single move to go to. They don't need an all-star big but a player like Scola would be MORE than enough for them.

The Heat will have to rely on perimeter players to get it done. This is why they have no shot at winning a title if Bosh doesn't return.

    WTF!?

For one thing, the Heat are playing the freaking Pacers, not the Duncan/Manu/Paker Spurs, Kobe/Bynum/Gasol Lakers, or the Bosh/Lebron/Wade Heat.

For another, are you comparing Lebron-the-MVP to Ray Allen and Jason Kidd? Because those are the players that played next to KG/Pierce and Dirk/Chandler.

He's taken the Cavs to the Finals with Ilgauskas as his 2nd best player.

Ya they're playing the Pacers who have won one game. One.

Secondly, no I'm not comparing Lebron to those players. I was pointing out the fact that most championship teams have a legit big man or 2. Not many people expect the Heat to win it all without one big they can go to. It's not hard to stop 2 perimeter guys when the opposing teams know that only those 2 players can beat you.

Plus, Wade's PER was nice in the regular season but I don't consider him a top 5 player any longer.

Rose (pre-injury), Lebron, Howard, Dirk, Paul, Durant are all better currently. A case can be made for TP, Deron Williams and Westbrook. I'm sure I'm leaving a couple out that are worth mentioning.

The Heat don't have much outside the big 3. Take one out and itll be no surprise if they lose a series to a TEAM like the Spurs, Thunder or even the Lakers.

The MVP of the National Basketball Association says playing the 4 is "taxing."
