Even if Yao was 100% he couldn't have a Yao-like impact. These trapezoid lanes are a joke. Who are they trying to protect? No wonder all the foreign imports are soft as pillows. And the 3pt line is so close, no spacing. God. This isn't basketball.

They are playing by BCS rules dude. They gotta Mike Leech their way to the top. Another reason this isn't basketball.

Wow gasol ripped yao apart. lets just hope it was just the injury. all these leg injuries are starting to slow yao down. i fear he mihght never recover fully again.

That was probably one of the better basketball games in a while. It had everything. The huge lead by the home team, the comeback, overtime and some exciting plays. China wins if Yi and Yao have decent games.

Pau played wonderful game. Well Chin looks too weak, they have Yao but Yao is not even healthly yet and is completly out of shape.

Because he was going up againg KG who is the best or 2nd best PF on the planet. KG>Yao. kg>Gasol. only duncan can make a case of being better then the defensive player of the year

We choked this game away, with turnovers, lack of rebounding, and Yao sucking on both ends. The guards had trouble handling, but Yao was awful today. The loss is on him. As our best player, he cannot give us this kind of performance. I thought I'd never say this, but even with an average game by Yao we win. He can't get back into competitive shape soon enough.

    Biggest choke job ever.

And that no.4 is a complete moron, dribbles and dribbles, doesn't try to organise any offence. Waits until shot clock is about to expire, drives in with no purpose whatsoever and turns the ball over.
