Yeah, I know they were missing Glenn and Ferguson. But we were playing with a 4th string tight end I believe, and a gimpy Shawn Rogers among others, so don't talk to us about injuries. We've had our share too. However, it's just not good rationale to say that Kyle Field would make up for the 26 point difference between the teams, and it's also not even close to fair to consider Simms and our team NOW to that one a year ago. ------------------ President of the Jason Collier fan club! Next year's class will provide the #1 pick for the Texans, and I don't think Simms would come out next year, unless he has an absolutely incredible season. My guess is we get Michael Vick, although if their coach leaves this year, he may bolt for the NFL at the end of this season instead, leaving the Texans with Major Applewhite. ------------------ Is it any coincidence that the Cato is the only Rocket with a temperature scale named after him? I can still proudly call myself an Aggie despite having it handed it to us by UT. Simms played well, obviously. However, as this Simms stud is tapped, now what? Time for a healthy Major to take the helm once again? What good does that do for Simms? I don't think he needs more time to learn the offense. ------------------
