 Right on the money again. :D
Nice try, but what you're doing here is walking away from the problem, not solving it. ;)

Keep acting that way, you're in for a life of cold burritos.

This is America, the land of mediocrity. To get anything done well, you gotta scare them into it. ;)

:D dang it! "a life of cold burritos", eh? :(

yeah that happens to me all the time, waking up in the middle of the night and regretting saying or not saying something... whether it is chasing girls, at work, dealing with family/friends, and in cases like this, getting shafted with leathery burrito.

it hurts most when i wake up remembering saying some things sooo patently stupid to or otherwise totally embarrassing myself in front of girls i actually want to date... i mean... all the phds in the world can't make you shake the feeling of being a total incompetent dweeb... usually i just wince, and try to go back to bed.

heh, i used to go to that location all the time, it was great being a supervisor at my old job, worked over at Imperial Valley and the Beltway and that was the closest Chipotle, took hour plus lunches to get one. Never had problems ordering there and thought that was one of the best locations.

btw, there is a Chipotle off of Richmond/Weslayn, and they have this REALLY cute hispanic chick, havent been at that location in awhile, wonder if she still works there..... :p

Um, anyone who works there should at least understand in English food orders in general. "Carnitas" is on the menu, and they should know what it means and what it looks like. It's not your fault that they don't understand, it's on the friggin' menu, it should be part of their training. That kinda pisses me off. I would've told her to make a new one.

Then again I live in Katy, where all my white suburban teenage friends work at Chipotle. I haven't had any problems so far. Well...except for when the server puts just a little dab of sour cream... I want more!! ;)

You need to watch out at Chipotle, as some of the servers there are really stingy with the rice, beans, and cheese. I always have to tell them to add a little more. This is especially true at the Guadalupe location.

Eh, I don't get why people like Chipotle. Their meat sucks and they dont have very many extras to offer on their burritos. For christ sake they don't even have jalapenos! The only thing I ever order from there is the veggie burrito bowl....it's alright. I would go to Mission or Freebirds any day though over Chipotle.

Screw that Chipotle. I can never find a seat. This is why I go to Moe's instead.

I don't get the big burrito places. Hell, most times I go to Mission, I'll get the fish tacos.

I prefer Taco Cabana's or even Taco Bells burritos over these kinds that are mostly overstuffed with rice, anyway.

Btw, I'm not a big fan of rice in my burrito.

Sorry to hear about your experience. It sucks when things like this happens and you go into the restaurant with a good mood and come out wanting to burn the place down. I tend not to get too mad when they make mistakes at restaurants but to give you something you dont want and then to have to eat it cold, that is not cool.

Did you ever consider that she might have been meat blind? You should have said "Are you meat blind or something? Look...this is beef...this is pork...this is chicken. I want the pork or carnitas! Got it?"
