    They might not be aware that they are protesting for democracy but that is eventurally what they will get at. That they have a right to participate in the major decisions of the country and that the government is accountable to the people.

    if most of them understand what the heck is going on, then sure i am all for it. at the moment, a lot of people are not educated enough to know what's good for them in the long run. i think the local election at village level is perfect for that. they can choose whatever they want that would change their immediate future. once the education level is more balance, then i would say bring the election to provincial level, with central appointed secretaries. i personally would not go for national election anytime soon. it's a waste of money. and i like the direction of the current government. full support. :D
