Just got through watching the second half. There are some Yao Ming highlights, which I will give approximate times into the 46 minute video and then a brief description: (5:40) After a "Hakeem-like" jump hook which he was fouled, Yao gets a good pass and throws down a dunk while being fouled. (22:10) Sensing that the 3rd quarter clock is about to run out, Yao makes a strong move at the top of the key to square up and hit a long jumper before the buzzer. (24:00) Appearance of what could be Argentina's answer to Paris and Nicole from the Simple Life. (35:41) Yao gets a nice pass in traffic and dunks. (44:00) After Dell Harris runs onto the court to protest a no-call and the fans let him have it, Yao sends back a baseline shot with authority. I did have a question. I don't know if this has been discussed or not, but is Yao wearing #13 for a reason? I do not know if the team was numbered according to height, but I thought that other young Chinese player that might make next year's draft was wearing #11.
Wow, the best connection I've ever seen on an online video link. In the third quarter, the Piston's guard Carlos Delfino had a pretty nice dunk over a Chinese defender in fast break. Yao did OK, but he clearly had problem with the fronting defense and wasn't getting the ball enough. His buzzer beater to end the third quarter was very nice.
