If China beats Slovenia and PR loses to Italy, then PR, Slovenia, and China will be in a 3-way tie. I will root for China to advance, though keeping their long-term success in mind, I think it may be as helpful for them to lose. They keep skirting the edge between complete crap and mediocrity, such that when they reach that mediocrity it seems a success (like last Olympics). What I mean is - if they do advance, I hope they don't view it as some kind of accomplishment...watching them play they clearly have a lot, lot, lot to work on. Guard-play being chief among those, but defense, rebounding, etc. On the other hand, they seem to be above average shooters.

Yao was too much for the Senegal team. They sent at least three players to swarm Yao in the first half but eventually Yao wore down their whole front line in the 2nd half.
