After reading that blog, Gabe should be kicked out of the CBA.... If any foreign player mocked and insulted the NBA, the USA, and it's culture, he would be ejected from NBA, no question. Maybe it's the way your girlfriend/wife etc would behave but i know if i'm in an argument especially when it is 15 to 1 (and my little kids and mother in law are there) my girlfriend is not gonna stand on the side and wait for me to get an ass whopping. He may very well have yelled at Cai Liand and walked towards him. And there is no doubt he threw a punch during the on-court altercation, a complete b**** move on his part. Did he yell something racist at Cai Liang (i very much doubt it considering his teammates are chinese, the officials, the fans etc and they would probably not stand for it). Your original post claimed that the altercation after the game was due to some racist things Gabe said on the court or in the locker room. That is what i am not convinced of. What it sounds like is that Gabe threw a punch during the game. The opposing team decided to get revenge and decided to give Gabe a beat down after the game.
Yes he did and more than a handful of people heard that. His teammates werent impressed either thats why you didnt hear anything from his own team backing him up. I'll say it again, there are no good guys in this case. It's just different degree of bad but everyone sucks and CBA is just trying to handle it as the best as it could.
Obviously you can't read and can't count either. The first godamn thread indicates that there was a physical altercation on the court during the game. Akim523 then posted that according to his buddy it was more than that and Gabe had actually racially insulted the other player. Which led to the first two pages of this thread being about race. Including your post whereby you somehow came to the conclusion that since your buddies in Japan make racist comments then you wouldn't put it past Gabe. That is not nit picking it's a pretty serious allegation. Altercations and trash talkers during basketball games are a dime a dozen but when you start racially insulting other players that takes it to a whole other level. There is no doubt Gabe is a dumbass but to me that is not as bad as being racist. So i'm interested in seeing some proof beyond what Akim's friends said before i accuse him so. Something you didn't seem to concerned about. I know you are not very smart but don't take it too personal. The insults are towards your posts not you.
