Lebron is working on his freethrows.

    yeah, pictures, awesome.

No one here likes T-Mac, thats why we didn't post pictures.

but but but but but Lebron and Kobe and Dirk. Yeah, Dirk, are always in the gym.

I'm happy that he is out in the community doing stuff, instead of being a knuckle head.

Are those muscular abs or a small gut in the picture where he's throwing the football.

I hope he doesn't gain too much weight while rehabilitating that shoulder.

lol its funny, nothing satifies you guys. if you see tmac in the gym you critisize him for not workign out correctly and then if you see him in the park doing things with the community you call him lazy cause you dont see him in the gym working on this free throws. THERES NOTHIGN WRONG WITH HIS FREE THROW MECHANICS. its all mentality, if yall watch tennis you could say Marat Safin has all the potential to beat anyone on any given day but his mentality is lacking and so is tracy's. i think once someone can step up and motivate him he'll the old tmac again. iono thats just my opinion

Wtf guys. T-mac's human just like everyone of us. You expect him to play basketball 24/7? I'm sure he works on his game, but it's not like every time he practices there's going to be publicity or pictures. I'm sure there's more to him than what we see in pictures. Jeez, give the guy a break.
