Man, on that video of him exiting that restaurant after being kicked out... he looks like he's on something.

One of the friends he was with that night is also my friend, he said the last time he saw him that he was only a little buzzed from drinking. It's possible that he was drugged, or willing took something but he didn't mention it to them and wasn't on anything before they got there.

Also, that news report (and other reports/tweets) have the story a bit wrong. They all were watching the UFC fight at the bar next door. They didn't just pull into a parking lot and take off while he was in the bathroom. Before they left they looked for him in both bars, tried calling him, drove around the block looking for him, and figured he must have left with somebody else.

Yeah, I was going to say drunk, but he looks like a combination of hyper and drunk. No idea, but I hope the guy is ok. That sucks. :(

    That's terrible.

How hard is it to get to the port from where he was at.

^^^^ Rough month for that family…

Brother of missing person recently found dead, arrested Friday for shooting 2 family members

The brother of a missing person who was found dead last month has now been arrested and charged shooting two family members.

According to charging documents, Stephen Burkes was arrested Friday morning in West Houston and charged with murder and aggravated assault against a family member. The shooting occurred around 12:30 a.m. Friday near Eldridge Parkway and Westheimer Road.

"We have one adult male, I believe in his 50’s deceased on the scene," said Lt. R. Willkens from the scene Friday morning. "We have another female, who is in her mid-40’s, who has been shot numerous times. She’s in a local hospital. We’re praying for her."

Sources confirm with FOX 26, the woman shot is Stephen and Delano Burke’s mother, Karen Jeffley. While the man killed was Jeffley’s boyfriend.

"Our suspect has had mental problems in the past," said Lt. Wilkens. "They were thinking he was acting strange today and somehow got a hold of a pistol. We don’t exactly know how it occurred or what occurred, but we do believe that he’s the one that shot his mother and the male. [We’re] not sure in what order."

Yeah pretty ****ing wild, Stephen had drug problems since high school, Delano did for a minute too, his mom and her BF did too IIRC. Family trauma and it’s awful effects seemingly.
