My girlfriend hates steak. One of the reasons I bought so much chicken. I do have some steaks frozen though because I still enjoy them.

Dunno if this has been mentioned, but it's often what you do with it after it's cooked than how it's cooked:

Grill it/bake it/fry it, then wrap it up in a Mission brand tortilla wrap with lettuce, mayo, a little cheese and you've got yourself a pretty tasty chicken burrito. Use ranch or caesar-style dressing, or sour cream. Add whatever you like in terms of veggies, guacamole, rice, beans, etc.

And of course, Sriracha sauce, cuz I put that on everything.

    I ****ing fried them.

I might try one of those salad dressing marinades but you usually have to marinade for hours and I just couldn't do that today. I'll also try the bacon wrapped idea too. There are actually a few ideas in here I plan to eventually try.

dump some in a freezer bag with Italian dressing and brown sugar (shaken well and enough to cover all the chicken. let marinate in fridge for 1 day. Grill them like you would regular chicken breasts. good to go.

I cover them in buffalo sauce and throw them on the Foreman grill, like I would larger chicken breast. Add a little more buffalo sauce while cooking, and melt some mozzarella cheese on top when they're done. Top with bacon crumbles and/or sauteed mushrooms. I put as many into the grill as I can fit; those we don't eat at the time will be good for tearing up and putting into quesadillas or salads.
