    I just made my own Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It was surprisingly easy. First time making fried chicken and damn I coated that chicken twice with the buttermilk and flour so that crust was THICC. Put so much red chilli powder in the wet rub. Spicy as ****.

    But damn it was so good. Proud of my self.

    It's not healthy, but Whataburger's Monterrey Melt on wheat with grilled chicken is a solid sammich. Sauce on the side, or else they'll soak it.

    Finally had the Popeye's chicken sandwich night before last. Not even close. Popeye's everyday and twice on Sunday over CFA.

    Am I the only one that hasn’t had Popeyes sandwich? There’s a Popeyes like 2 minutes away from me. I’ve gone a couple times this year. Never bothered ordering the sandwich. Their chicken strips are my fav.

    Hard to fail when you have the combination of Fat, salt and sugar. Your dopamine receptors might as well be tasting cocaine. It's not rocket science, that combo has been successful in food for decades.

    I've never had luck with donut /savory meat sandwiches.

    And generally do like sweet/salty snacks, and obviously pancake plus sausage bites. Donut is just too much.

    Chicken and waffles is one of the greatest things on earth, but the key is syrup on the side so you can control the sweetness (and the soggyness).

    That abomination looks like diabeetus in a box.

    The sandwich is better than the strips. You should get one. It's a $5-6 sandwich for 4 dollars. It's worth it just to go try it.
