what do you consider a high pick? only pick chicago has 3 picks to offer, one is miamis(late 1st round), one is theirs(late 1st round), the other is charlottes (top 12 protected)...

meh, I'd take Charlotte's pick. As for the Courtney Lee love here, WTF!? I thought this team had nothing worth a damn.

At the very least, this trade either gives us a pick or a center. Even if you think the center's no better than Lee, at least it gives us a center.

Man I hope we don't lose Lee. Good O. Plays D. Doesn't need the ball to be effective.

    This sucks.

Courtney is one of our only effective two way players.

I, personally, am against trading away Lee.

I hate to lose Lee but the rockets are desperate to get center that can actually play a little defense and add shot blocking.

If the rockets were coasting into the playoffs with a decent shot at advancing, then i'd hate this deal.

Please no...this is a terrible draft class! Some say the worst in the last 20 years...

Lee is the type of talent you hope to get from the draft, if you want to rebuild get rid of older players, not young guys with upside!

This. Don't trade Lee!! None of the bigs from the Bulls, unless it's Noah or Boozer is worth a trade. A two way player is a premium for the Rockets' present and future and it would be foolish to give up one of the rare two way players in the team. NO Morey NO!!

The trade priority should be a solid center, and second rate c's may be had but not at the expense of, arguably, the only solid two way player the team has.

this team has 4 guys who care about D tradingthe most offensively skilled player of the bunch is just awful.
all three trade offers are awful in our favor and total panjc moves.

Im sorry knote, but get a #10 pick to draft who? C-Lee is much better and will be better for the next 4 years than anyone we can draft at #10. All #10 picks are not created equal, and this year I don't see a Joe johnson or paul Pierce walkin up on that stage.

DO NOT TRADE LEE for Chi-town's scrubs. I agree that Asik has potential, but Lee has far more. He's a future starter. Get rid of Martin and keep Lee.

Everybody wants a center but don't realize we're going after SCRUBS. These ain't difference makers, Asik is scrub who'll be traded again after we're tired of his ass. Moreys moving backwards

The Rockets better get back more than this dude for Lee.

I'm in the camp that sees Lee as a starting 2 with a little Rip Hamilton and a dash of Mad Max in him.

You might not see a Joe Johnson or a Paul Pierce, but maybe Morey does and he may value that pick more than you do.

Lee has quickly become a fan favorite. I'll be also sad to see him leave but you gotta do what you gotta do.

That is assuming that in 2015,2016 Rockets will be a title contending team needing C-lee resources?

The way I see it is we have a chance to get a better draft position in not just the upcoming draft but the following year as well..

The Bobcats pick will likely be pushed back until it is unprotected, making it a potential studly pick in a few years.

We are so far away from contention, we need to go Jazz on this and start collecting future picks, a ton of them.
