That's the scary part about it. Cause it's true so it might happen. If you think Ariza's shooting bad this year... Salmons ain't much better at 38%.
I don't want to give up Budinger. We won't get enough back for what I perceive to be his future potential. That guy is going to be a star.
But Ariza is right now shooting at his career numbers....which suck. And Salmons is a career .44+% shooter...... I would do this trade. DD
Hey DD, what about this trade: Rockets acquire: Deng, Salmons, Miller Bulls acquire: Ariza, McGrady, Dorsey
what's so scary about this trade? i just don't understand it. salmons has been extremely consistent over the past 4 years, but he is off to a crappy 1st half this year.
By adding a stiff who will never again receive an NBA contract for a legit 4? Would barharharhahahahahahahahah be better put?

Are you sure about that? I don't know, so I'm asking you Budinger is likely to return to the court before T-Mac does, so it would seem like Budinger would still be a possibility to be included in a trade.
I don't like this trade. It's just a trade to get rid of Tmac. No improvement in roster. Only Brad Miller will break into rotation. He is a veteran motion offense center but not effective as he was in Scramento.
I think you severely underrate John Salmons. I for one would be pleased to get Salmons back in a McGrady swap. Although I don't know if that would be sufficient to solve Rick's inexplicable love affair with Trevor Ariza...
