Just another day in Chicago... also did I hear right at the end the reporter said we're not sure if there's been any victims associated with this ? Maybe I should rewatch this again but the "on site reporter" seemed lackadaisical half asleep anyhow ..well, I guess having your windshield damaged, at least one person beaten up to the point of hospitalization and multiple reports of gunshots is hardly a victimless event ... this was almost like a mostly peaceful protest except without a protest

 

Probably in jail for nonviolent crimes

When wokeness meets the real world. More cops = less crime, less cops = more crime... I wish leftist politicians started to actually worry about the people of this country and not the criminals of this country. It was cute in 2016 when they started this whole insanity, I sincerely had some good laughs in the last few years but this is getting downright serious. These clowns need to stop trying to make the world laugh at their stupidity and incompetency and start doing their jobs as leaders. Sad thing is the people getting robbed and killed are the ones paying the salaries of these politicians.

 

And thieves are getting more and more bold by the day, it sincerely is unbelievable that the local government there will rather watch the city burn down then to admit fault and establish law and order. Imagine being so loyal to your political affiliation that you rather be wrong and Democrat than to be right and accept woke theory does not work.

Who has to pay higher prices for goods and services because businesses is getting TFO ? Or no services or products being locally available if that ...ultimately it's the very minorities in these communities- they get what they vote for

The reporter was lackadaisical, he covers a lot of stuff in downtown Chicago, no he isn't really scared. He isn't a member of a gang, he is very unlikely to be a victim of violent crime.

Also, the violent crime rate and the property crime rate are both higher in Houston than in Chicago- the property crime rate is substantially higher in Houston.

Something like this happens several times a year in Chicago for the last 100 years nearly.

The most violent part of Chicago is very violent if you live in that area and are black or Hispanic... that is where like 90% of all the crime in the city happens. Once or twice a year they enter the downtown area, cause damage and then the police come in and arrest a bunch of people - then the pattern repeats itself.

As a white man, I am VERY safe in Chicago. Basically only 4-5 white men murdered a year in a city with millions of people.

If I were black - I would move out of Chicago.
