No, they have not. I can't think of any terrorist incidents against non-Soviet countries that have occurred at the hands of Wahhabis. Osama bin Laden certainly was certainly not "Wahhabi" in the sense that he held mainstream Wahhabi views. I don't think one of the core beliefs of Wahhabism is to overthrows the westernized Saudi family and establish a caliphate in its place. This is true and very sad. There's this one dating/chat app I got on but it's pretty worthless for dating since hardly anyone is close to me, but I'll talk with people from all over the world on there. I've talked with a few filipinas that live in the Middle East for work and it is almost always a sad story. The last girl I talked to was in Kuwait and trying to get back home. She was raped by the guy who she was working for and her passport and visa were taken from her. She was able to get out from where she was working and she mentioned something about applying for assylum or something similar. It wasn't very clear, but she said she was still going to be there for at least another 8 months and I'm guessing that 8 months will end up being much longer. Too many horror stories over there among the migrant worker community.
