I have a Trek 8.2 DS, which is a hybrid bike so I can ride light trails... but I usually just ride the Brays Bayou track, I'll be hitting it up Saturday morning.
Cool bike breh. Reminds me of this hipster gf I had in college. She would ride her bike everywhere and loved to wear those Bohemian style sweaters. One day she came over crying saying that someone drove by her and yelled "nice sweater" and threw water on her. I consoled her, but died laughing on the inside. Not sure why that story came to mind.

After moving here from SF Bay Area in 2000 I was shocked and depressed about the riding locations in the area. I went to Memorial Park, Ant Hills (Terry Hersey Park), Cypress Creek and almost moved back to California. I soon found out that if you really wanted to ride you had to drive... so I ventured out towards Austin, and found Bluff Creek Ranch. You had to pay a nominal fee, but you could ride for hours and there was even a small downhill. But driving a few hours to ride was a drag. Nowadays, I ride my bike over to the small singletrack trail near where I live (off Flintridge in The Woodlands). Probably just as good as Ant Hills or Memorial Park, way less crowded, and within a five minute ride of home.
yes... what I meant when I said Cypress Creek. There was a group that rode there after work every week. I rode there a few times. Its OK, less crowded than Memorial Park and similar trails as MP and Ant Hills. I don't normally post but I happen to love mountain biking and the houston rockets which is not a combination of hobbies I've been able to share with anyone else yet so I'll take this opportunity to share. here is my mountain bike: Spoiler here is some gopro footage of me riding my mountain bike with friends http://www.pinkbike.com/video/397819/ http://www.pinkbike.com/video/387709/ Everyone should go mountain biking!
I live in Australia - I plan to attend a Rockets game.... one day.... Its relatively flat here - the footage was taken from New Zealand (3 hours flight from where I live) where there are some real mountains! Its a really beautiful country and I am still trying to figure out a feasible plan to live there permanently.
