Ok here's the information you need to know.

The answer is to find a woman who can cook and who also makes a lot of money (or simply has a lot of money). Then you need to seduce her, which will ideally lead to her cooking for you and buying you things.

I bring brown rice with me in a container. I'll go to a shop in the food court at work and buy some white meat rotisserie chicken. Throw some sriracha sauce on it and youve got a healthy meal right there. I like the chicken as fresh as possible so I don't cook it and bring it to work. When I buy the chicken a ala carte its only like $4.50. The brown rice keeps me fuller for a longer amount of time.

DO NOT get a gym membership, if you really need to save money. Buy some resistance bands and work out at home or at the park.

Food-wise, you're going to have to be ok with eating a lot of the same things every day, or several times a week.

-Buy turkey patties. You get about 6 servings for about 7 bucks. 100% whole grain bread is about 3 bucks a loaf. Add tomatos/lettuce/mayo etc, which all isn't very expensive and that's less than 20 bucks to cover lunch for the week.

-Buy eggs and make omelettes with other minor ingredients.

-Eggs+tuna for a salad or sandwhich w/ whole grain bread

-Protein shakes, (15 bucks at walmart for the tub, which comes with 24-25 scoops). If you use 2 scoops a day, or 50g of protein, you're good for 2 weeks.

-You can also buy a bag of tilapia fillets for about 10 bucks. Can't remember how many come in there, but should be enough for a week, at least. Add rice and veggies for a meal.

Those are just some basic meals i use throughout the week. I usually also buy quinoa, but rice may be cheaper.

If only that were true. Many extremely poor people in the USA are also overweight.

    frozen chicken breasts
    frozen shrimp
    frozen tilapia
    frozen veggies
    frozen peppers
    ...noticing a trend?

also pickup some seasonings and marinades.

That will keep you fairly healthy for very cheap. You don't even have to workout if you're okay with being skinny fat. You'll probably need more variety/nutrition if you choose to work out.

when i'm being super healthy, the keys are

    - working out at lunch. luckily i work across the street from 24 hour fitness
    - smoothies: almond milk, raw spinach, green vibrance powder (provides nutritional equivalent ten servings of leafy greens), vanilla protein powder, ice. 250 cal, very low fat, ~30g protein. on days i want the added calories, substitute frozen fruit for ice
    - i never get tired of certain foods. like tuna, eggs, sweet potatoes. i eat the same thing for lunch every day, a salad with tons of greens, cherub tomatoes, a can of tuna, 1 chopped hard boiled egg and marzetti simply dressed balsamic dressing. i guess i'm lucky i never get sick of tuna. the salad dressing is kind of expensive (3.99?) but taste and calorie wise is worth it
    - i don't really like to cook either. an easy way to make any white fish is in foil packets. tsp. of olive oil, some salt and pepper, garlic/thyme/dill and bake it in the oven. so easy and they always come out great. have it with a steamer bag of broccoli or brussel sprouts (or whatever you like)
    - either running 4-5 miles or doing p90x yoga.....and not skipping days. i mean you can get yoga workouts online and sometimes apartment complexes will have treadmills. and come sept. and oct. it starts cooling down and you can run outside.

it's a blessing that you don't know how to cook. eat fresh veggies and fruits.

Look up some recipes on beans and rice. Bags are dirt cheap. Throw in some fish every other day. It's how poorer countries live.
