There's a place called the Gallant Knight (used to be Johnny's) on Bissonet. They have a house band who gets the ladies moving, but they usually have a cover charge. Now apparently Thursday nights are the nights to go, as they serve $1 beers all night. I think I'll see for myself tonight. I heard this, I just can't ever bring myself to order anything but the tenders!
I thought Gallant Knight closed down a few years ago. I used to love that place. So if I'm looking for some good eye candy and cheap drinks on a Thursday night, where's a good spot?
The Gallant Knight used to be on Holcombe...they closed down and have now opened a new bar where Timberwolves used to be on Kirby/Bissonnett. And yes, crackers still have to pay cover. Have not been to the new location but my single buddies say there are tons of good looking women there
I can't believe nobody has said APPLE BEES!!!! They have $1 dollar drafts all day, every day and dont close till 2am every single night!! Oh and after 9pm appetizers are half off. I been going to the one on Fry and I-10 and spend less than 15 bucks, drink pro 8 beers and get an appetizer Also like someone else mentioned Mi Vida Loca on Mason rd has really cheap drink specials, on thursdays they have $1 wells but the bad thing is the close at 11 the time i went... Also Cucos like they mentioned, you cant go wrong with $1.50 margaritas on Mondays and Tuesday. Coaches has $10 dollar buckets(6 beers, domestics) on Thursday nights which aint to bad. They got Hd tvs everywhere and a dj after 11 I believe.. Nice place to watch Thursday Night football games!

Terlingua (on studemont near washington) has half price ritas on Mondays. For house margaritas they are pretty decent.
Wheres the spreadsheet? More importantly the "Miss 50" Las Vegas contest thread made me realize someone should make a spreadsheet detailing which places cougars can be found in bulk and on which days. The spreadsheet shall also contain info on "woo girls", college girls, and danger alerts for prude zones.
Monday nights I usually go to Sherlock's on Westheimer and BW8. They have $2 you call its! Did anyone mention that this is a great idea, hopefully a spreadsheet will come next?
