chase starting is nothing for than a formality.....I feel happy for the guy...but the main point here.....and u guys have all missed it......is my boy Jermaine Taylor is gonna get a heck of a lot minuts today!!!

    Breakout game for JT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It will be at best a time-share at SG for the guards.....no one is gonna dominate the majority of the SG min

Hopefully starting will get Chase into a rhythm early, and stay consistent throughout the game.

    How about this experimental lineup?

PG - Chuck Hayes (Because of his amazing one-handed, left-handed 3pt shooting abilities)
SG - Luis Scola (He can create his own shot, unlike Ariza and Tmac in his current condition!)
SF - Aaron Brooks (Aaron brooks is small and the position title is small forward)
PF - Kyle Lowry (No reason here, I just like his name)
C - Yao Ming on crutches (Crutches or not, Yao is a beast!)

congrats chase, make it rain on them hoes

and landry starting at sf is too unrealistic. we cant have 3 guys posting, one guys camping at the corner all day and one person handling the ball

    Your a fool!

Yao should be the PG. He's 7'6 so he can see over the defense and make the right pass from half court

    :p

    hells no.

Yao Ming should be on a wheel chair, he can just camp in the key and get rebounds. He doesn't need to box out either because the wheel chair will take so much space

How perfect. Nobody has mentioned it was the Pistons who traded the rights to Budinger to the Rockets.

To be fair the Pistons were selling the pick once the pick was sold they just drafted whoever the Rockets wanted

much like how the Rockets didnt have any intent of drafting rudy gay at #8 i dont think the pistons had their hearts set on Chase at #44 and then decided to trade him

Is JT confirmed to get PT? RA might decided to split AB at both pg and sg positions and play him with Lowry.

Yeah, but I can't say as if I would care if I were a Pistons fan. Just as most Rockets fans don't care that the Rockets would have picked Sefolosha and not Gay were we not trading for Battier. I have a friend who is a Piston diehard. It drives him crazy they traded away Budinger.

    Landry is NOT a SF.

He SHOULD start though, but only if we're desparate . Landry is a perfect fit off the bench (even though he's still our best and consistent scorer).

Not really, whether or not you think the Gay trade was a bad one we at least ended up with Battier and got rid of Swift. The Pistons gave Chase away straight up for cash :p
