By reading the title I thought this was going to be similar to the Carl Landry late incident. This type of ankle sprain happens all the time in basketball, I suffered one last year and it took me about 4 months to be fully comfortable playing basketball again.
Did he really dodge a bullet? I think they nicked him. ("they" being the evil Rockets curse that must be expunged!!)
Chase played 74 games last season. IIRC he missed games for the same thing, but I don't think a sprained ankle qualifies him as injury prone.
no kidding, I was expecting something about a friend playing wiht a gun and accidently shooting at him or something like that.
To all you fearing he is "injury prone" just calm down. If you have played basketball before then you know a sprained ankle can be pretty common. Bad news: its moderate to severe. GOOD news: were a ways out from the regular season and this will give PPat and others a chance to step up their game.
Not only does the title bring Landry's injury to mind, but exactly what bullet did Chase dodge? The Any-Other-Imaginable-Injury Bullet? He got a sprain in lieu of ...?
