I distinctly remember you saying that Lowry would be a career backup. I think you followed it up by saying he's a 20 minute player who loses his effectiveness when he gets extended time and/or doesn't play against other team's backups.
The whole point in bringing up "he has only been a backup throughout his career" was to follow that up with "therefore he will always be a backup". That was your WHOLE argument DD. We won't forget. Never forget.
Oh, okay. So when you makes posts like these: ...you mean Lowry has only been a career backup SO FAR. I guess that makes sense. But when someone calls Budinger a career backup: So Lowry is a career backup SO FAR, but Budinger isn't. Chase isn't a career backup until five years, but he's a "proven" player after one. Is that right?

He's only 50% wrong because he contradicts himself. That's how he can be "not impressed" with the 09 draft while calling Budinger (09 draftee) a potential all-star. One way or another he's right.

That's too strong, really. I'm irritated with Budinger, but I don't hate any Rockets unless they are complete dicks, which he's not. I hate McGrady, and Quitten. Budinger is nowhere near those guys.
