I've been trying to pay a CC bill the past 2 days not including this morning, and now I'm very close to being past due. I can only imagine what the atmosphere is in their IT departments right now. EDIT: I just paid right now. Get in now while you can!

As an IT consultant, I've worked\attempted to work with Chase several times and they are notorious for being super cheap. This is the result that you get when you get cheap\crappy labor. Do not color me shocked.

For those who are frustrated with their current financial institutions: usaa.com (note you don't have to be a "member" to receive their banking products)
instead of going through chase, can't you just access your CC account online and have them do an ETF from chase?
Siemens used to provide service (at least at bank locations, don't know about infrastructure) for WaMu back in the day, before Chase took over. Once Chase came in, Siemens lost the WaMu contract, seeing as to how there was no more WaMu... and Chase took over with all their internal people. Funny.
