Me too. And I had an auto-debit get charged 3 times yesterday. I called the company that took it out and they said it declined all 3 times, but that's impossible. I had more than enough to cover it and it's already been deducted 3 times. I can't even get on their site to prove it was taken out 3 times. Effing Chase....
It was up and working normally at around 4-5 am today, but now it's back to being ****ed up. Screw Chase; I'm switching banks.
I was able to log in for about 2 minutes, then logged out, then tried again and got this here img: *so I guess ima_reportthewebsiteisdown2k was right... even though the site is up, but doesn't let you log in. Many JavaScripts and remote scripts are at work during that time. It happens with IE, but not with FireFox, I believe it's the way some scripts are interacting with the page that might make IE behave that way. At home I get that, too. It freezes the browser for about 2-5 seconds.
This is causing me a major headache today. I just had to call a vendor and give him a credit card # since he's saying the auto-debit from my Chase account declined yesterday - even though there are 3 pending charges from him that are on hold on my account. Tried to log on to their site and it's still freezing. Tried to call and they are saying to call back later because of long hold times. Gotta love the big banks. Such great customer service. What a cluster.
My mortgage is through Chase and it's due today. I swear if they charge me a late fee because I'm unable to pay it online I'm going to lose it.
