It makes you question what exactly did Charlie Weis do for the Patriots? Was he just the coffee and donuts guy? And Weis should stay. His schematic advantage is that good.
Who from Belichick's brood has really found a lot of success? Romeo is gonna get fired, Weis is on the hot seat too... Mangini is doing pretty well with the Jets, but he and Belicheat never got along much in the first place. Might make teams wary of hiring Josh McDaniel or whoever that guy is that runs the offense right now.
Weis will be back, and then will be gone after next season. It's not that he can't coach....his problem is that he can't recruit.
