Someone last night told me Weis was blaming Willingham because he (Weis) did not have his 'kids' playing and he was still trying to work with Willingham's recruits.

Did anyone else here this -- can you confirm?

The problem with the Irish is that now that the IRA has officially laid down their arms and Jerry Adams is publicly appearing with Ian Paisley there just isn't any fight in them. ;)

Weiss is one of the most arrogant people I've ever seen in football. Didn't know much about his personality until he got to Notre Dame. Even so, I can't believe he actually said that.

Quinn and the WR Semardjda were Willingham recruits. I like how Weis will take credit for last year but not for this year. A hole.

I blame the new Pope. Pope Benedict just can't get God to help Notre Dame like John Paul could.

Exactly. The two years Weis coached he had players that Willingham brought in but I don't ever recall Willinham's name being mentioned, it was always about how awesome Weis was. Now that everything is going downhill and fast, it is not Weis' fault but Willingham's. Please.

CW is an a**, he deserve whatever he is getting this year. Oh and ND going 0-12 would be the greatest thing in college football history ever, I would celebrate! :D

Show me where he hasn't taken responsibility for this season.
