Brooks is a scoring PG who doesn't really score that well. Lowry is a consistent jump shot away from being a much, much better player than Brooks. It's debatable whether or not he is already a more effective player than Brooks after being here for less than a week.
Watching Brooks struggle against the Bulls, it's clear that Lowry will be starting by the playoffs. Aaron is adjusting poorly to being the starter, going from a score-first to a create-first approach. There are moments that he would normally attack that he is now looking for assists. He isn't the defensive presence against larger point guards. And he's nervous and can't make a shot. I hope he snaps out of it, or we need Lowry to step up quickly.
AB's biggest flaw is, given his physicality, he's helpless but get overpowered by point guards that are close in speed, but bigger and stronger, which is pretty much most of West contending teams' point guards (Chris Paul, Deron Williams, Tony Parker, and Brandon Roy late in games). KL, however, would have less trouble in that department. One day KL will say, Ron Artest is just a bigger, and slower but able to shoot 3s Kyle Lowry, lol. Add that to the original post of this thread.
agreed make the KL first AB is nothing if he gives up score,he is not good at controling the game. Iverson is that
