This really doesn't mean anything. Charles thinks Dallas, Phoenix, and San Antonio will advance to the second round. And, obviously, none of them can be considered a "sleeper." So, by default, whoever wins the 4/5 matchup is the designated sleeper in the West. All this means is he's favoring Houston to get to the second round. Big deal.
