why paint him in such crude terms? Barkley is not a comic book character. He was a great basketball player who overcame shortcomings but suffered huge flaws, an amusing and sometimes spot-on commentator, a regular guy with weight problems, a loud celebrity with much to say, and so much more. Designating him as friend or foe to a website unfairly distills his humanity down to such a simple level it no longer bears any relations to reality. Answering the question in earnest is an exercise in futility. Then again, it is the offseason. I personally can't help but be amused, but not convinced by Charles.
if thats the case.... shouldn't he be funny? He is only funny in the way that you laugh at a moron friend(all social groups have a moron friend) when he has a few drinks and his stories get MUCH taller and outrageous with every passing drink. DoD....spot on
Barkely playing with the rockets, I really like him, he really played with heart but I get sad, when I hear him talking bad about the rockets.
