That'd be great, but to be honest I never believe any player when they talk about their height.

KD, KG, IT, God know who else

Either way, I choose to believe Jalen is now 6'7. He can guard the post better that way

Dude, watch where the hairline ends.

But would make sense if Porter told reporters he was 6'6 as well.

KPJ in this is not the most upright, he contorts his figure to give him a low five.

Couple inches, makes the hearts of the fans sing but does not matter in terms of Defense.

With shoes most likely close to 6 ft 6.....also KPJ.

Heard it on the radio or somewhere that the last surge in height comes around 20-22 so maybe possible.

    How tall his Brown?

Comparing to KPJ is weird. Look at this picture last year. Green seems to be obviously taller in the pic with the hug with KPJ because look at where the hips are for each guys and look at where the shoulder height is for each guy

We are debating about height measurement again?
With shoes or without shoes? ;)

Shave off his hair entirely and we would see.

I don't know why you guys get into debates about photos when there are so many factors that can warp an image (lens, light/shadow, perspective, posture). Hair, clothes can be worn differently.

He is adding muscle proportionately rather than adding it to his upper body only as many players do. Major difference in his waist and legs, just as much as his shoulders. Just keep watching, there's no way he's in the category with undersized SG's. He's not in the category with taller SG's. He's dead center like MJ or Kobe - he's 6'6 in shoes.

There were some legit concerns about whether he can put on muscle but this is the past 3 years:

Pre-NBA next to players smaller than NBA players:

    Season 1:

    Season 2:

I have 0 concerns about his strength in the NBA. He is not afraid of contact, in fact he jumps into it too bravely sometimes. As long as he keeps adding muscle at the same pace he's been doing, we should have a PERFECT modern SG next season.

The team robbed him of a major leap in production this season by denying him a floor general, a rim protector and giving him the worst spacing in basketball. They also could have generated more catch and shoot plays for him, but instead they let a 20 yr old and a 22 year old run the offense with little to no structure.

Looking on the bright side, he will get his chance this season. The organization has told him he's accountable and responsible this coming season. He's said he'll do anything to win. They are trying to get a PG, a rim protector and shooters. Everything seems to be aligning for him perfectly.

This off season is where Jalens "legendary work ethic" needs to come to fruition.

He had 15 games of g league action, barely enough time to really identify what your strengths and weaknesses are.

Which caused him to start off terribly his rookie season. But then he got hot to end the year, causing him to believe that he had figured it out as he went into the off-season.

Then this year he didn't take a major leap compared to what we had expected. This is a humbling experience for him. So off-season #2 is where he will hone his craft to become the player that he believes he can be.

Did Josh Christopher shrink? I know he's standing behind him but that height difference even accounting for that looks like 3 inches.

His goal should be to pass 200 lbs this off-season.
