That’s fair. I assumed if he was playing he was good to go. He’s dropped a few 30 point games, but his numbers the last 2 months have declined for sure. I just went back to look at his November thru January numbers when he was playing better and Jalen’s March still measures up favorably especially in scoring, efficiency, and assists. Hopefully it’s something we can continue to keep an eye on for years to come. I like Antman. He’s a very exciting young player and JG seems to be right on his heels.
Edwards is an impressive athlete who also has a immense strength advantage over Green but watching these two play, Green is just vastly more fluid and skilled with the ball than Edwards. The only advantage he has over Green is strength.
Glad somebody's actually looking at what's been going on the last couple of months. Well, offensively, anyways.
I don't see much difference in Mathews or Korver other than height. Korver would hustle and be annoying to the offensive player. But yes, Korver is the better shooter.....coming around screens and quick release, both need to be closely guarded. T Jones had a strange nerve impingement: not sure any medical staff could have fixed that. D-Mo had to wrestle big players in the league. I'm not a fan of smaller players tangling with bigger players since I saw Luc MaM dislocate his shoulder vs bigger players.....but I'm ok with fronting a big player and forcing a lob pass. Help ready behind the player fronting the big. D-Mo was as big as the other players. Back just gave out. Back surgeries are one of the toughest conditions to rehab. Speaking from experience.
I mean Green and Sengun have by far the best comps of that crew although admittedly, it undersells the biggest pain points of both players but still a Lamar Odom and Bradley Beal pairing would be highly decent offensive team.
Not sure why @i3artow i3aller put this in the Sengun thread but I think it deserves to be here. People big mad at Cade's comps compared to Jalen, lol What it means: Wow! For a rookie with such a poor start as Green’s—midway through the season, multiple advanced metrics rated him as the least valuable player in the league—these comps are extraordinary. This is basically a dream list for a shooting guard. Green’s season-long numbers look solid now because in his past 20 games, he’s scored more, shot better, and improved his passing:
People are really pissed that Mobley and Cade's comps are low not realizing this is only an offensive comparison, lol. the hate clicks on this article is going to be astronomical
Isn't Dennis Smith Jr. supposed to be out of the league soon? Cole Anthony is a very young player himself. I think they meant Jalen Suggs here.
naw Jalen Suggs and Cade's comps on offense are similar according to this article when similar stats are compared. This dude keeps on apologizing and putting caveats in the article because he knows how it sounds. He is just saying what the stats are saying. people are very angry, very mad, lol
Green has the best comps. Beal, Murray, Devin Booker. JR smith could have been a lot better if he wasn't an idiot, so Green has no shot of turning out like him.
Lol why would they compare Cade to such small players Cade is listed at 6'6 220, the average of those 3 combined players comes out to 6'1 190 I think 5 inches and 30 pounds will kinda affect the career trajectory... Seems like pretty lazy comps
