I remember watching an interview of him pre draft saying it's his little known secret about his game. I think he knows the data behind it so is hesitant to take it, but with Derozan going off maybe it gave him inspiration
One cheap assist, the other 6 are good quality passes. If he had as many touches as some of the other rookies, I won't be surprised if he finished with 10 assists.
Green is already really good with limited touches and surrounded by selfish a$$holes.... Its scary how good Green could get on both ends of the floor... This early kneejerk reaction some had due to his struggles early on will be one of the worst takes in the history of Clutchfans.... Congratulations, yall played yourselves...
I been stated he needed to take more in 1st half of season ( Ofcourse the anti- midranger on here got upset) Glad he’s working it in more and more… hopefully the Rockets sprinkle just a bit into their offense vs being so predictable (paint or 3)
Y’all! Mobley scored an incredible 7 points tonight! Mr. Triple Single strikes again. So. Transcendent.
The game has slowed down a bit for him, the decisions are becoming more natural - like blowing by Cousins off the dribble with no hesitation every time he had the chance. The assists are coming now too. If he had an actual team around him there's no reason he couldn't average that many assists every night
Eh. Mobley is still roy playing on a playoff team. No point in shtting on him to boost up green. His game will do the talking
No disrespect, but I honestly feel like this is a contrarian opinion shared by you and a handful of other guys on this forum. The reason I feel this way is because the majority of people here have commented for months now that Jalen Green has surprisingly good court vision and should be allowed to handle the ball more, but this was met with the he can’t because he’s not a point guard argument. I don’t know how active you are on Rockets Twitter, but just about every notable Rockets Twitter person with any sizable following from Clutch himself on down have been practically begging Silas to give JG the ball more. You are right, Jalen is not a point guard, but he’s shown that he can get downhill and make plays when given the opportunity and isn’t parked in the corner. Standing him the corner play after play is wasting his talent just like putting Sengun above the 3 point line.
I literally quoted his recent stats. He’s averaged a triple single in about half of his recent games. I’m sorry if that upsets you Mobley fanbois, but it’s the truth.
Lol. I'm the furtherest thing from a Mobley fanboi. Just saying we don't need to point out off games from Mobley to prop green up. Green is showing it to the world y all he need was time to play bb. His game is doing the talking, noticed why the Anti Green folks are all quiet and u hear less btching? It's cause green is doing well.
This may be the rum talking, but Sometimes I feel like there's 2 large groups of nba spectators: people who have played and watch the game to form opinions and people who watch the spreadsheets to see what their opinions should be
Yes, I’m sure you’ve watched every recent Mobley triple single. You’re such the expert. Please inform the rest of us plebs.
I don't know y u would even bother brining up Mobley stats in a green forum. If u miss him there's a thread dedicated to him...
When did I ever bring up mobley's stat? U confusing me with someone else? It was already weird that u consider me a Mobley fanboi.
