Channing Frye gets 30 million

I think Morey is hoping to get a cheaper offer from another team to match rather than make a multi year offer now.

 

Steve Nash deserves those 2 MVPs, he earns a lot of big contracts for average players.

Damn this is getting ridiculous with the overpaid FAs that arent even worth that money. Thank god we have Morey

 

he did have a great year last year...but the problem is he's only worth that much to phoenix...they better intend to keep him the whole time, otherwise they'll have one hell of a time moving him elsewhere....and i agree, you cant win a ring with him at center, unless you trade for dwight and he agrees to play PF :grin:

 

Morey has said he will match any offer for Scola and Lowry. So don't worry.

 

There is still room to grow at the age of 23. There have been plenty of players who have sat their TEEN-AGED ass on the bench for their first couple seasons and still became serviceable players, Jermaine Oneal for example.

I'll go ahead and assume you didn't catch many Raptors games last season?

Amir is a fantastic defender. Man-to-man, help defense, blocks, rebounds, etc etc. Obviously, Frye has the edge offensively... but Amir destroys Frye on the defensive end.

Factor in the room for growth and Amir > Frye IMO

Let's just see how next season plays out.
