Rockets can't afford to rest too many players when the bench is as terrible as it has been. Garcia and Casspi can't do half the things Parsons does for this team. With D-Mo going back to the D-League now the rotations are going to get even shorter. Beverly and Asik need to come back in a bad way.

Wouldn't surprise if McHale said something along those lines.

I don't know why he keeps bringing up thanking God you're playing basketball for a living. The players dedicated their time and worked their asses off to get where they are. Stop trying to make them little b****es if they're tired or injured. Last time I check, McHale didn't average 40mpg his whole career either.

Act like you can run your players to the ground. Can't wait for a new coach.

This and his back issue is going to put a lot of pressure on the other knee. We need to rest this dude. We have Garcia and Brewer, we can manage a few games without Parsons at the beginning of the season.

Can Les write a check and steal the Arizona Phoenix medical squad away from them? They have the secret to prolonging player's careers there.

This better not be a bad injury, I swear, I already talked
about running our players into the ground here:

    http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=248408

If we go through another Yao/Tmac because we won't shut down our
injured players, we are seriously inexcusably stupid. This season isn't the
be all end all for us.

yeah, I was salivating when that speculation first came out. Danny Ainge was clearly not having that.

repped. spot on. cant wait the get rid of this scrub. Rox should really learn a lesson from Yao and Tmac's eventually career ending injuries. Daryl should put a leash on Mchale unless the former is hoping the latter to create jobs for him to hunt new talents.

The injury happened in practice not during a game. Are the Rockets not supposed to practice? Every thread turns into a McHale bashing thread around here. Star players play a lot of minutes in this league, it's not just the Rockets. You guys just want to blame everything on McHale even when he is not to blame. Are the Rockets not supposed to practice? They have four days off between games.
