Can't believe I am missing a rare snow day in Houston!! I am out of the country for work, Africa, which is pretty cool, but I really wish I was back in town!! Enjoy the snow houstonians!
Mixed snow and rain in Bellaire. I work at a high school and the kids are going crazy. Not much teaching is getting done, everyone is pretty excited.

It's snowing a lot earlier than they were predicting even this morning when I was watching on TV. Should make for an interesting day.

I agree, Especially when I was talking mess about how there was no way it was going to snow in Houston earlier. Still, I stick by my statement of if you can't at least make a snow angel on the ground, it isn't real snow.
It's crazy. I leave a sunny Seattle to come to Houston and get hit with snow. Never thought I'd see first snow of the year in Texas. Where's my cafe mocha and bailey's?
Very heavy in Missouri City...starting to accumalate on my deck, bbq pit and about an inch already on my car.
