I just had to mail a package and I drove around a little bit up here in north Austin and it's like being in a whole different place. It's really bizarre. I've never seen snowflakes so big.
Snowing out here in Oak Hill. It's been pretty steady for a couple of hours, but not heavy, except for now and then. Those turkeys in North Austin and Williamson County, as well as northwest of town (including a turkey that's a good friend of mine living in Lago Vista), are getting more of it. Groovy!

Probably not until late afternoon/early evening. Temps are in the mid 40's, it's going to be hard to get those temps down low enough for snow to accumulate.
Snowed quite a bit here NW of Austin, started around 9:30 and really didn't stop until about 30 minutes ago. Good times.
