wow. this dude is in some serious trouble. you can put up an expert who will attempt to minimize this report...but i'm not sure that will play well in rural colorado. Easy - i don't trust judges to appoint the attorneys to represent defendants in criminal trials. i wish i did. i don't.
Okay, now back to reality. This is a classic he said/she said case. Kobe has more money and therefore will win. Simple as that. WTF is with all these people who seem to know everything about this case. Please, since you know this is just a he-said/she-said thing, share all the prosecution's evidence.
this from the guy who posts a pic of him pointing to his crotch? i could go into further detail if you like
Calvin: "The Rockets can't allow penetration." Bill: "I think they're trying, but Kobe just seems to find his way into the little holes."
MM, I don't want judges appoint attorneys either. I'm thinking about some sort of system that randomly appoint attorneys from a pool to represent defendants. Will that work?
the only appointments I know of are handled internally by each court...attorney ad litems...guardian ad litems...things like that. i don't know if it would work or not...but what happens if i keep saying, "no..i don't want this guy...no i don't want this guy..." ?? eventually you run out of candidates. and you can't make a guy pick one particular attorney...you just can't. also..i'm thinking this might be interference with the right to contract. even when attorneys are appointed by courts as they are today, they can ALWAYS be supplanted by someone the defendant would rather pay to have.
