My best bud and I were talking about the whole situation and he mentioned anal, without having read this report a few days ago. His theory was she went to his room, he wanted to play the back nine and she wanted no part of that and thus she screamed rape even though they were probably engaged in "rough" sex. Either way, it is pretty damning she went to his room voluntarily. I think either the anal theory is correct or the guilt theory, because she slept with a black guy or lastly, a combination of the pooper theory and the black theory.
i have news for you bama...if she said she didn't want anal sex...and he gave it to her anyway against her wishes. that fits the bill as rape. that's trouble, whether she entered his room voluntarily or not.
I know, but where does the right to say no end......midway through the act? I think they got midway through it and she objected and he insisted, which I agree would be rape. No disagreements there. But would a jury convict him under those circumstances? I doubt it.

yes..you're the only one. it's likely there's physical evidence if she was forced into anal sex...i don't want to get too graphic, but the tissue in that area tears much easier than elsewhere. a good prosecutor is going to make this look just awful. bama -- the chance to say no never, ever, never stops. if the evidence is there that she said no and he kept going...he's in big trouble. but where are you getting the idea that they were in the middle of anal sex when she said no? i haven't seen that presented at all yet. my guess is she was objecting to that from the beginning...but i don't know that for sure yet.
I actually think it does help his case. You can tighten the anus to the point where nothing can enter. Its already difficult enough to get it in when the partner is willing. But, if the girl clenches her arse, nothing will get in there. There must have been some sort of consent if they had anal sex. Raping someone through anal sex is one tough ass task.
