So far... 4th if offensive efficiency 11th in defensive efficiency and we haven't really played all that great yet. I believe in the past nearly all title winners were top 10 in both. Improve 4 or so spots on defense and I think we have a shot.
If you look at those 4 teams _ you will see those teams have played together for more than a year and had players with more than a year's worth of starts.
Also the 4 teams that made it had players with post games. Howard developing his post game is what the Rockets should be worried about at this point. The defense will get better. Especially with another shot blocker with TJ on the floor.
Yup, voted for Jeremy's 50. He's barely third option, if he's scoring that much, can only mean one thing, we're blowing out teams! The SHIP is ours!!:grin:
I dis-agree, we came into this season with a defensive mind set... you can see it on the players interview... all they talk about is defense defense... only problem is the players are not executing... defense as well as offense needs time to develop, players need to trust each other, they need to know each others tendencies on defense so that they all can adjust... I pretty sure come mid season, we will see a different rocket team... the on the plays defense... we wont be in the top 3 defensive team but, we will be in the top 5-8 !
