The entire program was pointless in my opinion, especially towards the end. Towards the end the inventory was low so cars started selling at sticker or even above. So whereas previously you would have gotten $2-3k off sticker and still had your car (or traded it in for even more off), now you get the car at full price and you lose your old car too. Not too great a deal.
