Agreed! But, if they think he can be a point guard, I at least could understand the pick. But a sf that is described as a passing Haslem? /confused

I was trying to wrap my head around it.

None of those players are from Daryl Moreys era. And no e of those really became relevant in the NBA. Boki put up decent numbers in jersey but nothing special. Langhi? Turcan? I know your just being sarcastic.

I'm just happy to see Drummond fall to six because I could see us moving up to that range. I don't know about you guys but the possibilities of a Drummond and Motiejunas frontcourt excites me.

Uhmm, so you believe it will happen only because Mr. Ford thinks so?

Sorry, but I just don't think Drummond will be a star. I know he has size and is athletic, but his numbers at UConn were horrible and inconsistent. He should have been doing A LOT more. I would not trade up to get him. Sit where we are and take Zeller. Just my opinion.

I do not think either player will be a star at that, maybe pretty good pros. This madness needs to stop.

What I don't understand is why Drummond is rately so much more highly than Deandre Jordan coming out of college? Why is he a consensus top five pick when Jordan was a second rounder? If anthing, Drummond even more raw and Jordan is the superior athlete, though not by much.

Wait, Langhi and Novak are different people? I thought he changed his name like Cassius Clay did back in the day.

I'm not sure about that, it feels like Drummond is a bit better defensively, slightly better rebounding, not nearly as raw, and doesn't have same character issues that Jordan had coming out of college. Though, Jordan is more lengthy and possibly more athletic.
