Smh @ people saying this is great news even though his career could be over.

Oh well I guess he tried more than people thought.

Let's see what the final verdict is.....this would be shocking that a new MRI revealed something else.

Microfracture is career threatening, although Amare has had it, Kidd has had it, and Oden to name 3...and now Miles too I think.

But Tmac is not a rehab warrior so this could be the end for him.....dang.

Maybe we can send a future 1st rd pick and cash considerations for Phoenix's medical team. I think their the top in the league, they have Grant Hill playing healthy, they have Shaq playing healthy, and the they have kept Nash pretty fresh too not to mention Stoudemire.

i knew he can't be this bad. i'm just shocked the 3 doctors missed this when he got it checked THE 2ND TIME.

where did these guys get their MDs? and why does it always involve our players?

Here's what we do: Resign Francis, have some cartilage removed from HIS knee and transplant it into T-Mac's. At least then he'll have earned some of that money we just gave him.

Him getting hurt is the big reason we shouldn't pull the VC trade.

I still will question his drive and heart no matter how much you defend him. One word REHAB.

Rehabbing from microfracture is, from what I understand, no picnic. Given T-Mac's mental state I can easily envision him looking at what's involved with the surgery, looking at what's involved with rehab and then deciding it's not worth it and calling it a career.

This is exactly why Ron was brought in.
We can still do damage in the playoffs.
Ron may not be as great of a passer or playmaker as TMac, but he can sure pick up the offense and excel on defense.
We'll be there in the playoffs.
    And we'll be ready.
    The season isn't over.
    I STILL believe.

If he does that, the Rockets would get cap relief......gonna have to wait to see what Tmac wants to do it is his career......but I hope whatever he decides, the organization can make the best of it.
