I didn't really want to bring this up because T_J is trying so hard to fit back in -but such a rookie level failure ... embedding a video with tags demonstrates a serious lack of intelligence. Properly embedding videos is something the teen members of our board mastered years ago.

sad thing is people do it all the time. Especially in the airline / hospitality industry. Someone needs to hammer it in that the employees aren't the ones making the decisions, they are just working for a pathetically small amount of money and they are just trying to survive or pay for school.
