Thank you chrisjent for setting a lineup minus one defensive player and with a RB on his bye week. I appreciate the 3.5 point victory. Just as bad, DaDakota set a lineup with a defensive player on bye, and lost by 2.5 points. Poor management leading to close losses. Gotta love it.
can someone set a line-up for me, can't get onto the site for some reason and don't want to cop it from longhorn again assuming there is minimal bye damage start the same as last week except please start gamble over mcgee in the DB spot, Harrison and Welker over washington and lee
Will do, however since I play you this week, I will go ahead and shuffle that line-up some more for you - I mean let's be fair and get some of the bench players in the game............
Smeg, Need help, I adjusted your line-up, but see if you wanted me to do anything different, here is what I did: Took Cotchery out (BYE) replaced with Welker. Took Brown (PK - BYE) out, added Nedney and played him. Took Washington out (BYE) and put Harrison in. Took Boldin out (Injured, out this week) and put Bradshaw in (only other option was Curtis (who is probable). Lee had to stay in. (If you would like as an option, I could add you another receiver to play instead, such as Matt Jones, Ike Hilliard, Baskett, Miles, Battle, so on) So here is where you are at: STARTERS WK 5: QB-McNabb,Donovan, PHI RB-Tomlinson,Ladainian, SD WR-Welker,Wes, NE TE-Scheffler,Tony, DEN PK-Nedney,Joe, SF UT-Bradshaw,Ahmad, NYG UT-Lee,Donald, GB UT-Harrison,Marvin, IND DL-Tuck,Justin, NYG LB-Lewis,Ray, BAL DB-Gamble,Chris, CAR DP-Dansby,Karlos, ARI DP-Barnett,Nick, GB
Thanks Fade for that trade. I would've been 0 forever without a deece QB. Can't believe I'm 2-3 after having my 2 top picks out.
Hey, it's been working out well for me too. I have won a couple of close games in big part due to solid efforts from the TE position. Also, with Tony and JT on the roster, I had no need for Rodgers. Win - win trade all around.
What a nice surprise. I turned off the Cowboys game late in the 4th quarter last night down by 20 points or so, thinking there was no chance at all to win. Then, check things online a bit later and find out Romo threw a 70 yard bomb to Barber to put me up, and Antonio Cromartie's 1 point game later on iced it. My boys are cutting things close this year, but the Hamster Army is getting it done. Good game, Longhorn.
Sorry for your loss, Fade. Now you can feel my pain. And yes, I have Romo in four other leagues. http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=txcowboysromo&prov=st&type=lgns
Fade, I missed this................but this is the most frustrating thing about these fantasy games, is my team always folds when it plays you - my arch rival. If I win only one game during the year, I want it to be against your team, and my team keeps choking..........AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!
These days you should have no trouble running all over my injury-ridden team. My best two players (Bush and Romo) are out at least 2 more weeks and now I may have lost my best WR (Moss) and TE (Witten). Sad times indeed.
Smeg, For some reason it does not have a lineup for you, and you are missing out on an easy tail kicking of me.....I only have 58 points. My team has been less than spectacular, but I blame it on poor management. DD
Wow. Manning did an amazing job of scoring points by avoiding Wayne and Harrison tonight. chalk one up for me.
can you set this for me rook QB-McNabb,Donovan, PHI RB-Tomlinson,Ladainian, SD WR-Curtis,Kevin,PHI TE-Lee,Donald, GB PK-Nedney,Joe,SF UT-Cotchery,Jerricho, NYJ UT-Harrison,Marvin, IND UT-Boldin,Anquan, ARI DL-Tuck,Justin, NYG LB-Lewis,Ray, BAL DB-Bell,Yeremiah, MIA DP-Mikell,Quintin, PHI DP-Dansby,Karlos, ARI
I'll prolly miss the playoffs, but it felt good taking down the #1! Goes to show, any given Sunday...
