You can pretty much avoid all high end dental costs if you brush, floss, and rinse with mouthwash (I'm not calling you out because I'm no better at flossing). seriously, I got something like that once and tried all the over the counter remedies. i finally had to go to a dermatologist

Not trying to scare you, but it does look similar to the bullseye rash that happens after a tick bite. Ticks carry bacteria that causes Lyme disease.
