What law allows bike to ride in between cars? The car may get a ticket for changing lane illegally but the accident is on the biker.
There was only one person on the bike...so WTF was he doing in the HOV lane? Many HOV lanes are also tolled for cars who aren't HOV...like most all of them in the Houston area. This was on the biker. Slow the f*** down in traffic and pay attention to what's ahead of you. The blinker was on for more than enough time for him to slow down or even go to the left.
