Cell phone troubles

    I have cingular and I hate it. last month i was up to my limit in minutes, so i quit using my phone, didn't even touch it. and like on monday it said 600 minutes used. after not using the phone again i check on wednesday and it says 640. so i call them up and they say that no activity had been on the phone since sunday, but that sometimes things like this happen. so i get all pissed and yell at them end up talking to a manager who does absolutely nothing basicaly says tough s***.

    So i was wondering if anyone knew how to get out of cell phone contracts, and switch to another provider without paying the mofos the 150 dollar penalty fee. i can't begin to describe how much i dispise cingular.

    i call it my p.o.s. plan!!!

    Cingular just bought by AT&T Wireless, so prepare for it to become as sh!tty as it ever have been. Switch while you can!!

    I didn't necessarily swith to AT&T Wireless after leaving Cingular's crappy minute service. My Wife bought off the contract but they agreed to cut 1/2 of it because they said that they had problems charging us for minutes. FIGHT 1/2 the costs and you can get a big discount. Go to a CINGUL-ass store and act like you're really really really really pissed because of the service and because you were told that a manager said "tough sh***" to you on the phone.
