    He had been working out a while before I saw him. I had been playing basketball.

    When I saw him he was doing a vanilla bench press with not much weight (for him), but doing a ton of reps. Looked to be about 180 pounds. I also saw him doing some butterfly presses with 45 pound dumbbells.

    I went to the locker room for a few minutes, and he was gone when i came back.

    Saw Mike Bibby at MBar last night. Thought of you guys on BBS and tried to get a picture, but he didn't want to take one in the club.....too bad. He was actually pretty nice about it though.

    My friend here at work met and spoke with Denzel Washington and his wife at Hotel Derick. Another friend went to the Galleria to have lunch and saw J-Lo and Cameron Diaz shopping together.

    I saw Charley Casserly driving down 610 near the Galleria yesterday.

    A female friend of mine said she saw Steve Smith and Deshaun Foster at a club in Greenspoint. She said Foster was cool but Steve Smith was just trying to get laid.

    Madonna was at the Starbuck's on Westheimer across from the Galleria at 9am this morning.

    She's supposedly shopping at the Galleria right now, and having certain stores totally closed down so she can shop in privacy.
